SCP actively works to foster and advance an anti-racist, equitable, and inclusive environment in our programs and on our team—a team that works to support and encourage BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ talent who have historically been marginalized and victimized in our field and our society.

Protecting your privacy is important to SCP. We strive to keep your personal information confidential. Please take the time to read the following policy and become familiar with how we handle your personal information.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
SCP collects your personal information in several places on our website and uses it to provide you with access to our mailing lists, online ticket ordering, and other information that will help you to better access the information we provide. We do not collect any information regarding your web browsing, however, our web server does log your IP address, information about the version of your web browser, and computer operating system for each web page accessed.
INFORMATION DISCLOSURE
SCP does not share any of your personal information with other websites, mailing lists, or companies. Your information will only be used by SCP for the purpose(s) stated when the information was collected.
As with most websites, the SCP web pages contain links to other websites. SCP does not share your information with those websites and is not responsible for their privacy policies. Some of those websites may share information with SCP, primarily for the purposes of ticket or other purchases. Please refer to the privacy policies of those sites for more information.

COVID-19 SAFETY
Sunnyvale Community Players strongly encourages audience members to wear masks while indoors. We are continually revisiting our masking policy to follow current county guidelines and to ensure cast and audience safety.

Ticket Sales
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
No refunds. However, Single Tickets are subject to a $3 exchange fee (at the discretion of the box office). In the event of a cancellation, you will be able to reschedule to a different performance or be converted to credit. Free exchanges are only for subscribers. More Info
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
In the event of a sold-out performance, patrons who arrive after the performance has begun may have their seat reservation(s) forfeited. SCP reserves the right to resell any unclaimed seats due to late arrivals or no-shows.
Social Media Policy
Sunnyvale Community Players encourages questions and constructive comments on our social media pages. We reserve the right to delete the following, or to block users who post the following:

Obscenity, nudity, defamation or hate speech (speech that targets people or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or any other protected status)

Comments/posts that threaten to harm individuals, groups or organizations

Commercial advertisements or solicitations of funds

Off-topic posts or repetitive posts that are copied and pasted
