There are no refunds. In the event of a cancellation, you will be able to reschedule to a different performance or be converted to credit. Free exchanges are only for subscribers.

Exchanges may not always be available and are solely at the discretion of the box office.

• All single tickets will have a $3 exchange fee for the transaction

• Subscription tickets can be exchanged for free

• Tickets may only be exchanged for the same show title

No discounts will be applied after a transaction is complete.

• The box office will not provide adjustments for discount usage errors.

Tickets are sold as-is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
